The instructors are accredited by the French Surfing Federation. They are also all in possession of an up-to-date first aid certificate. We teach you the codes and rules of priority, the analysis of currents and the formation of waves, as well as good reflexes needed for the choice of waves. This training will help you to become familiar with the ocean and will give you the keys to ensure a maximum level of safety and to gain autonomy in your surfing on the spots of Seignosse.

Before entering the ocean, we carry out small rituals based on physical warm-ups, the deepening of knowledge of the marine environment, and we give a briefing adapted to the conditions of the day. This training will allow you to acquire confidence and autonomy in the waves of Seignosse and will ensure you a constant evolution. Our highly motivated and experienced team applies a teaching method appropriate to the progress of each person, based on a personalised and high quality teaching method.
